Experience: 2 - 6 Yrs
Location : Coimbatore
Skill Set:
* Experience .NET 3.5 , C#, ASP.NET, WCF
* Hands on experience in previous versions of .NET
* Can do Module level design and Implement it
* Can estimate for modules
* Should be experienced in SQL
* JavaScript JASON etc..
Special Skills:
* Hands on experience in implementing at least 2-3 .net projects
* Database programming skills using MS SQL Server / other RDBM
2) Position: Technical Lead - Asp.Net
Experience: 6 - 13
Location : Coimbatore
Skill Set:

* Hands on experience in previous versions of .NET
* Can do Module level design and Implement it
* Can estimate for modules
* Should be experienced in SQL

3) Position: Solution Architect /Technical Architect
Experience: 9+ Yrs
Location : Coimbatore
Will contribute largely to Aditi"s thrust on next gen MS Technology platform on presales, Solution Architecture, Design and technology evangelism.
Educational Qualification- Engineering Graduate (Minimum), Comp Science / Electronic preferred.
Critical Requirements:
* Should have strong experience in delivering enterprise products/applications end-to-end.
* Should have played an instrumental role in the design and architecture of enterprise products\applications.
* Should have good exposure to customer interaction, and experience in presales.
* Should have played the role of technical evangelist/or should have played a strong role in competency building for the engineering teams in current organization.
Additional Requirements:
* Experience in doing webcasts, technical presentations, writing whitepapers, etc.
* Onsite experience at client locations will be desirable.
Special Skills:
* Design & architecture skills on MS Platform (n-tier, web-based applications, distributed DB design, Service Oriented Architecture).
* Experience in designing complex solutions for performance, security, scalability, extensibility & availability.
Core skills:
* .Net 3.0/3.5, SQL 2008, SPS,VC++
* Exposure on new MS technologies like .Net 3.0, Share Point Server, WPF, Office 12, Web 2.0, Vista etc.
