-Extensive OOD / OOP experience.
-Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Linux, Apache and MySQL.
-Hands-on experience or knowledge on any PHP based framework/CMS like CakePHP / zend / Symfony / Codeigniter or Joomla.
-Understand software architecture and understands reusable stacks and reusable coding concept and modularization.
-Knowledge of and experience applying design patterns and implementing industry best practices required.
-Strong SQL development and design skills.
-Extensive experience working with large MySQL databases and complicated structures (MERGE tables, replication, etc)
-Knowledge and experience working with PHPUnit; Trac and Subversion a plus.
-Ability to write and consume web services and REST services.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to propose, advocate and critique design alternatives to determine solutions.
-Excellent Business knowledge and logic.
-Positive, winning and leadership attitude must to have for this position
