Job Description : Will lead Drupal and other PHP based CMS projects and product development initiatives in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to gather requirements
Architect solutions and estimate the effort and resource requirements.
Conduct periodical reviews during development
Design and developing new products or tools around Drupal and other CMS systems
Learn and implement new CMS products
Oversee a team of CMS professionals and provide regular guidance and feedback
Develop training plans for employees and execute them
Manage internal knowledge base(Wiki/Forums/FAQs) on CMS technologies
Document best practices
Primary Skills:
8+ years’ experience hands on web application development on LAMP platform specially PHP.
Expert on architecting web solutions using Drupal platform.
Experience on all major modules of Drupal including Ubercart
Experience in HTML, CSS, XHTML, DTHML, JavaScript, Linux/Apache, MySQL, PHP
Ability to modify existing modules or develop new modules
Experience in installing various Joomla components
Experience with VirueMart eCommerce platform and online payment systems
Secondary Skills:
Experience with mobile development (Android and iPhone) desired
Experience with i18n
Desirable Skills:
Experience working independently and/or in small groups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
