Required skill set:
Expert on J2EE – Struts (or equivalent), Spring, Hibernate (ORM), Build/deployment tools (Ant/Maven), SQL programming and Other Apache frameworks. Strong on J2EE standards
Experience in building Ajax based applications
Strong skills in Web application architecture/design
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
5+ years experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Should be good in planning, organising & time management
Experience with various web application frameworks / JavaScript frameworks is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Should have leadership qualities
